Flow Expo..For the PHC Industry, By Those in the PHC Industry!

There’s Always Something New to see

The Flow Expo began in 1975 as the PHCC Products Show, presented by the PHCC of the Greater Los Angeles Area and housed in the basement of the associations headquarters. The exhibitors were on table tops and the attendees were treated to a giant sub sandwich for lunch.

The show proved to be a success, filling the need of exhibitors to demonstrate their products and services and that of trades professionals to stay aware of what was new in the PHC industry.

In the 1980’s and 90’s the show continued to grow and that meant finding a new home. The newly name PHCC Southern California Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Industry Trade Show found new venues including the Los Angeles Convention Center, Pasadena Convention Center and the Pomona Fair Grounds.

With each move the show became bigger and better, drawing exhibitors and attendees from areas outside of Los Angeles. The show had truly become THE Southern California show.

Over the next ten years the show steadily grew…

The new Millennium brought a new home, the Long Beach Convention Center. Located in the picturesque city of Long Beach, the now titled “Flow Expo” shared the spotlight with the Aquarium of the Pacific, the RMS Queen Mary and Shoreline Village.

As the largest annual trade show of its kind in the United States, the need for more space necessitated a new venue. Starting in 2019 the Los Angeles Fairplex became the home of the Flow Expo, as we expanded to better serve the PHC industry. The Flow Expo brings together exhibitors from the U.S., Canada, Mexico and across the globe to exhibit over 500 brands from fixtures to tools, from HVAC to vehicles. Exhibitors aren’t the only ones that have found the trip to Los Angeles to be beneficial, attendees come from throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and as far away as Australia, Japan and South America.
