2025 FLOW EXPO BOOTH PRICING
All 2024 exhibitors have first right of refusal for their 2025 booth space based on the 2024 show. Beginning August 15, 2024, Flow Expo will open space reservations to the industry public for ALL unreserved 2025 exhibit space on a strictly enforced, first come, first serve basis by the order of the date that the application was received in the Flow Expo offices, via online registration.
All exhibit space reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit of booth space within 10 working days of contract receipt, any booth contract not meeting this requirement will be null and void. All invoices will be received via email with a secure link for payment.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL – Reserve your booth by August 31, 2024, pay booth deposit equal to 50% of full booth price within 10 days and we will credit your account 6% off the full booth price. One discount per company, no other discounts apply.
PHCC Member Discount – Receive $100 off your booth (PHCC membership will be verified with the local or state you submit on your booth contract). One discount per company, may not be combined, no other discounts apply.
BOOTH RENTAL FEES: (Minimum space rental is 100 sq. ft. / 10’ x 10’ booth)
Rental Fees: $25.50 per square foot for less than 400 sq. ft., $23.50 per sq. ft. for 400 or more sq. ft.,
Vehicle space: Hall 7 & Outside $2500 per 15′ x 25′ vehicle space (1 vehicle per space). Hall 4 $3500 (1 vehicle per space)
Non-Industry Related Vendors Rental Fees: $4500 per 10′ x 10′ booth. Non-Industry Related Vendors are those vendors not directly involved in the Plumbing, HVAC or related industries. Non-Industry Related Vendors will be assigned booths at show managements discretion. Non-Industry Related applies to but is not limited to medical equipment, phone accessories, home goods, etc.
What your booth includes:
* We now include convenient, hassle-free, compliant liability insurance in your booth space fee. Exhibitors will no longer be required to get and submit separate compliant liability insurance, removing stress from the exhibition process.
Per each 100 sf Inline Booth
- 6’ draped table, 2 chairs & waste can
- Booth ID Signage
- Show matched carpet
- Tri-Colored 8’ high back drape and 3’ high draped side rails
Per each Island Booth (aisles on four (4) sides)

All Booths receive the following:
- Product/Company Listing in the online exhibitor directory (500 characters), listing on the mobile app
- Exhibitor Lounge & Exhibitor Breakfast for two (2), for each 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased, morning of the show (additional breakfasts may be pre-purchased through the exhibitor portal no later than February 20, 2025).
Vehicle Spaces
- Vehicle Space includes: Listing in the online exhibitor directory (500 characters), listing on the mobile app and Breakfast for two (2) the morning of the show (additional breakfasts may be pre-purchased through the exhibitor portal no later than February 20, 2025)
What your booth does NOT include:
- Electrical or any electrical service( Available through Convention Electric – Official Electrical Contractor – Order forms in the Exhibitor Service Center)
- Internet/WiFi Connectivity (Available through the Fairpex – Official Internet Provider – Order forms in the Exhibitor Service Center)
- Lead Retrieval System (Available through Bravura – Order forms in the Exhibitor Service Center)
- Installation/Dismantling of your personal booth items including displays. Additional booth items you may require (additional chairs, tables) are available through Show Decorator-Total Expo.
