Covid-19 requirements
The following requirements pertain to ALL Attendees, Exhibitors, Employees and Volunteers of the Flow Expo or its affiliates, or its or their officers, employees, volunteers, service providers, or sponsors, or any person(s) employed by any of these entities.
All Persons ages 2 and over must show one of the following requirements:
• Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 (two weeks since the final dose); OR
• A negative COVID-19 antigen test within 24-hours of the event; OR
• A negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48-hours of the event.
• Guests under 2 years of age will not be required to show a negative test result.
Photo identification matching the vaccination or negative test result will be required for all guests 18 years and older.
All persons over 2 years of age will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of their visit which meets the California Department of Health masking standard
entrance procedures
All persons will be pre-screened for necessary covid-19 documents as outlined in the COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS at the screening checkpoint before being allowed to proceed to the registration entrance area. Once a person has passed through the screening checkpoint they will receive a colored wristband which they must wear for the entirety of their visit. Any person not wearing a checkpoint wristband will be escorted from the show and not allowed to return. Any person not presenting the necessary covid-19 documentation will not be allowed entrance to the Flow Expo, NO EXCEPTIONS!
In the event any person/s are denied entry to the Flow Expo for any reason there will be NO refunds of any costs, including but not limited to parking fees incurred while visiting the Flow Expo.
The Flow Expo reserves the right to refuse entry or revocation of entry for any violation of health and safety guidelines.
Your Agreement with the Flow Expo pursuant to Covid-19
Our health and safety practices and policies have been enhanced to address the Covid-19 concerns, the Flow Expo cannot eliminate the risk that you may be exposed to COVID-19 during your visit to the Flow Expo. It is understood for the purpose of this document that “Guest/s” represents all Attendees, Exhibitors, Employees and Volunteers of the Flow Expo or its affiliates, or its or their officers, employees, volunteers, service providers, or sponsors, or any person(s) employed by any of these entities. By choosing to attend the Flow Expo, you are acknowledging and agreeing that the Flow Expo or its affiliates, or its or their officers, employees, volunteers, service providers, or sponsors, or any person(s) employed by any of these entities, can guarantee that Attendees, Exhibitors or any Guests will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 or its variants as a result of their attendance at the Flow Expo or pass COVID-19 on to others, including Attendees, Exhibitors and Guests. The risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the negligence of Guest or others, including the Flow Expo or its affiliates, or its or their officers, employees, service providers, sponsors. Guest voluntarily assumes that risk, understanding that COVID-19 and its variants are extremely contagious diseases and may lead to serious illness or death. In particular, vulnerable individuals, such as certain older adults and those with certain pre-existing health conditions, who have an increased risk for severe illness or death, need to take extra precautions against COVID-19.
Vaccinations and prior exposure to COVID-19 are not a complete protection from the risk of COVID transmission, which may lead to serious illness or death.
In consideration of being permitted entrance into the Flow Expo, each Guest further acknowledges and agrees that they have personal responsibility for any injury suffered by them that arises or allegedly arises out of or is in any way connected with their visit to the Flow Expo, and sole responsibility for any and all of their respective costs and expenses, damages, liability, and other losses that they, or any of their heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin or other persons acting or claiming to act on behalf of Guests (the “Related Persons”), may incur in connection with the risks described in this website.
